Certified Home Health Aide / Companion
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily task
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Monitor health and report changes
- Administer medications (if certified)
Requirements:
- sHHA certification (or willingness to obtain
- 1+ year experience in home care or similar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transport and flexible availability
Registered Nurse (RN)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver skilled nursing care (IV therapy, wound care, etc.)
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless care
- Educate clients and families on health management
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active NJ RN license
- 1+ year of experience in home care or a related setting
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
